About the event

During one of the worst years of my life, I was introduced to a concept that changed my life for the better - personally, academically, and professionally.


Motivational Interviewing via Co-Active Life Coaching taught me about values, choice, and perspective. learned who I am at my core, what I care about the most, and how to look at situations from different sides. 


I also learned how to:
