VIRTUAL PEER SUPPORT GROUPS

Our Peer Support Program offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for individuals navigating challenges that impact their mental wellness. Groups are led by facilitators with lived experience who understand the value of connection, shared understanding, and healing through community.

Each group is unique and designed by the facilitator, allowing participants to join conversations that best fit their needs and interests. Sessions may be open groups, where participants can drop in at any time, or closed groups, where members commit to a set number of weeks for a more structured experience.

Our pay-what-you-can structure starts at $5 per session, with the option for participants to contribute more if they choose. This flexible model helps keep groups accessible while supporting facilitators and program operations.

For any other questions, please email the Valéry and/or Eshmeet, our Program Manager, and we will be happy to help. We also always welcome feedback about the groups so that we may improve the support we provide and give our facilitators a boost!
